Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time.

 

For partner fulfilled orders, your order will be received separately. All orders will be received within 2-4 business days from the date of order.  

 

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. This is specially in cases of exclusive/one of a kind pieces. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Return and
Exchange Policy

We recognize that there may be cases in which a customer feels the need to return a product and we want to meet that need. We make every effort to ensure that all products that possibly can be safely returned will be returnable. But it is important to note that not all products are returnable. Due to hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow certain items to be returned, these products will be marked as non returnable under the product info section of the page. 

How Do I Make a Return?

Contact us via email within the 15 days Return Period. Please attach a copy of your invoice/order details email sent to you at the time or placing the order, to our email Hola@EthicaEco.com. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All merchandise must be shipped back in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way. All parts and instructions must be returned. The merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.

In What Form Will I Receive My Refund?


Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Returns are processed every 2 weeks.

Are Shipping and Handling Charges Refundable?
Unfortunately no, returns and refunds impose an extra workload on our part. Rather than pass this cost onto the consumer through higher product prices, we are consistent with others within our industry by requiring nominal service fees in the event of returns. An amount of AED 15 + 3.9% of the total order will be deducted from your final refund. Your refund order will be picked up from you location for free.

Refused Shipment/Undeliverable Package
If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we must charge your card for the shipping cost and 5% of your order fee. This policy applies even if your order was originally sent to you via free shipping.
